Zo Rooms — Hotel booking site cheated me with unethical behaviour

I had made a hotel booking using the site zorooms.com at Hotel Alor Grande on August 11, 2015. I even received a confirmation saying that the hotel room was confirmed, and that I had to make the payment at the hotel. I have attached the pictures of the mail confirmation as image. And today, without notice, they have cancelled my booking, without any prior intimation. And they have cancelled in the backend, without telling me, but argue that I have cancelled it. And when I ask, they are not ready to provide proof that I have infact cancelled it from my system (IP address). When I tried to contact them by the number mentioned, I am receiving no response. Nobody wants to pick my call. Because they had previously confirmed, I have not booked anywhere else, and now, all the hotels at my budget are sold out. I have already made the travel plans, and now without any stay, I'm literally left on the streets. I even sent them mails asking if the rooms are booked, and if should make any payment or any updates for that matter, and I received no response from the company. I had planned to goto the Sunburn Festival, and now I'm most likely forced to cancel my tickets, and lose close to Rs10000 INR because of this company. As a resolution, I want them to compensate to me an amount of 10000 for the emotional trauma that I have suffered through. I also want them to take an undertaking that they will not repeat this kind of practice again. I have attached the copied of the confirmation and cancellation.
