[Resolved]  Zoom Car — Refund amount not credited to account

Hi.. This was the last option I'm opting for.
I had booked a car on 29th of May. The advance was paid and the amount to be paid for booked car was also deducted. When i went to pick the car, they said due to some issue they could not hand over the car to me.

They assured me that within15 working day's the amount would be credited to my account. But unfortunately even after calling up the customer care more than 25time's. The only response i received is we have raised a compliant. But no action has been taken yet and the amount is not credited to the account.

Am sorry to say. But the service and Support is not upto the minimum expectations which people have.

As per your first comment. I have shared all the details on 24/06/2016 through mail to [protected]@zoomcar.com.
I have got a reply for confirmation on receiving all the details from Zoom car.
Yesterday also I have forwarded the details again. Check it. I want the resolution of this problem as soon as possible.
