[Resolved] Zoomcar — Vehicle repair refund | |||||
Hey i made a booking with zoomcar with refrence no JPS6VGBAT on 2 june 2016 . i got my car late after 1 hour with no accessories like car charger and aux cable and it took more than half an hour to resolve the issue after a run of 30kms the car fails to start and after repeated tries it move less than a km and then stops immedaitely ... called the service center guys which said to me that we dont have towing option here and we dont provide replacement vehicle ... each and every charge as mentioned in terms and conditions due to vehicle failure because of zoomcar are to be paid by zoomcar ... the service center guy SACHIN requested me to go the mechanic and get it repaired and all the charges will be paid by zoomcar ... i called them before repair and gave them quote of 400 -500inr and told the local mechanic does not have any bill book ... he agreed that we will still pay the charges if around 500 to 700 inr ... but afterwards the charged me for late fee and now they are not refunding my money back for repair which sums to be 540 inr ... after repeated calls to the service center the lastly waived off the late fee charges as i got late in repairing the vehicle and got vehicle late too at pickup time ... but now they arent entertaining well and dont seem to be returning the repair bill refund ... im feeling harrased as i have to call a no of times to the service centrer guys and everyrtime they are giving time limits but none are useful on ground level ... and i have heard before also that they get the vehivle repaired and dont pay repair bills to customer or give them after a very long wait .. i want my money back asap Was this information helpful? | |||||

Hello Nitish, firstly, please accept our sincere apologies for the incovnenience caused. We understand that it is tedious to follow up on refund, which should not be the case. We have escalated the issue to the concerned manager to check on the delay in resolving the issue and to take corrective measures. In regard to the refund, we see that the late charges have been reversed and the repair charges has been added to your billing. An amount of Rs. 351, has been released to your PayU wallet and Rs.143 has been credited to your Citrus wallet. Once again apologies for the inconvenience caused.
