Zoomin India — No response for bulk order inquiry

I have raised inquiry for bulk order but there is no response from Zoomin and this is not the first time it is happening.
Earlier also I tries contacting them as we have requirement for our corporate gathering and also wanted to share it with our clients but that time also there was no response from zoomin.
I guess this guys are least interested in services,

My order number is ZMP1-HWYVP8BW.
My photos not uploaded till now but the amount already deducted from bank account. Please refund my amount so that again I can place order.

I had booked a consignment ZIN1893TR6GA but was collected by Delhivery surface courier on 7th but i have not yet received. They are saying that Zoomin had provided incorrect pin code to them.
I had clearly written my pin as 400607
Why so much delay

Wrong photo printing on mugs and it's not acceptable.
