Zotezo.com — Product not received within 10 days | |||||
When I made the order in their site, it was showing error in transaction. But a successful transaction mail came to my inbox and the money was deducted from bank account. The call center of zotezo.com informed me on 8th Nov about the success of the order and confirmed that I will receive the items by 48 hours. Till now I haven't received it. The order IDs are Order id: 59219, 59220, 59221. If I don't receive the items by tomorrow 6 PM, I will have to raise it to the consumer forum. It seems you company doesn't have capability of dispatching items within 9 days though it is in the same city. Was this information helpful? | |||||

Moreover I have not received the below mentioned items. I have mentioned it in the delivery boys receipt.
My experience compelled me to believe that Zotezo.com is a fraud fly by night company.
Please inform whether I would get the below mentioned orders at all.
