[Resolved] Zovi — Arrogant Delivery Person | |||
I have ordered(order id: Z9YHZ7, Rs 494) a shirt and I received it on 6th Aug, 2014. The delivery person did not call me in prior and later he gave a call and asked me to come immediately but I was in a meeting and told him to wait for few minutes but that guy left from that place by leaving a message to me by the time I reached the mentioned location. After that I gave a call and asked him to come back then he responded very arrogantly and shouted like hell.This is not the way of providing proper customer service. There should be prior intimation and people will not wait sitting idle all the time for your courier. Was this information helpful? | |||
