Very very bad quality of Product for shoes

Not able to get refund easily

delivered product to wrong address - no response from customer support

Size issue

beware of Zovi

Ordered a couple of shirts a few days back in a offer on ZOVi with order number Z4KHDR. You delivered the shirt in a delayed manner and above all one of the shirts delivered was BLUE and what was ordered was WHITE. Called up the customer executive and they inform that i should give my bank details and they would give me the refund later . Simply not acceptable... If you do not have it why post on your website. I am not definitely ordering...
