Zovi — Damaged product | |||
I ordered for a set of 3 Tees from zovi.com.The delivered product had one damaged item and so I raised the exchange request.It took them 20 days to get that item exchanged but the second item was also the damaged one and I had to raise the exchange request again.This time they did it on time but again they have delivered me the damaged item.They are not taking my request seriously and not providing good service after repetitive complains.Please take action. I Purchasecd mens asual shoes and the id no ZNJMBF but the shoe is not properly and damaged so i want to return the products or cash back
