Zovi — delivered product to wrong address - no response from customer support | |||
sir i have bought a set of 3 shirts from the site (ORDER ID - ZQRZKN) and have given them my address and name and phone number...i kept on waiting for my order to be delivered and suddenly i saw the status of this order as "DELIVERED on 1st november" on 7th november, which was their expected delivery time in order status and ...since then i have been calling them like a street dog but to no avail! they said everytime to get with a solution within 24 hours by sending me the reciever's signature (whom i didn't know ever)...but they never keep their promise... kindly take an action immediately to get me with the refund of whole amount of money in my bank account...i am unfortunate that i have wasted a huge time on this! dependent on you totally! email id used for the order - [protected]@gmail.com contact number used - [protected] Was this information helpful? | |||
