Zovi — NON REPLACING THE PRODUCT | |||
I purchased 3 tees from zovi and ordered on 16 May 2014, I received the order on 20 May 2014. The order No. was Z25Y2R the Tees were bit bigger for me i.e. XXL size, and I immidiately call the customer support for the replacement and give me XL size, the person atended me very well and said that we will send you the XL size within 4-5 days and took the XXL size back at the same time . Now I called again on 5th day to enquiry about the status the person attanded the call said that first we will pickup the order within 4-5 days then it will go to ware house for replacement that will also took 4-5 days then if e found the product in good condition then only we will send you the XL size, again it will took 4-5 days. According to me this is sheer lunetic to shop online. there is no response if the product gets mismatch. now lets see how cn you help me in this.
