Zovi — Not able to get refund easily

I had bought 3 T-shirts from ur site, because they were of wrong size i have sended them back. When i asked him about the refund he said that go to the site and search there. But now I'm not able complete my transfer by any means. I suggest that you should take some action faster. Dearly customer.

Error in my order

I ordered a Zovi Yellow Cotton T-Shirt from PAYTM but in myorder option of zovi.com it is not displayed the which is ordered. So how can i exchange my product.

size of chart is not as per size chart displayed in website

Recently i bought regular green casual shirt and it is not matching the measurements according to the size chart which is in website.Im not happy with that .
