[Resolved]  Zovi — Ordered Shoes on Oct 15 and still waiting for Delivery

Hi, Take strict action or we need to file case on Zovi. Ordered date : 15 Oct, Delivery Date : 21 Oct. When i call them they say wait for 2 more days and the response they provide let us know if you want us to refund your money if one requires money why would we order. They say its problem with courier service (Go Javas). When you track for the courier it always shows item arrived to Bangalore on 19th of Oct and today is 27 still it is not yet delivered. Not sure if the delivery boy is delivering items by just walking all the way through bangalore and do they have only 1 boy to deliver items. They say rubbish things like its festival season and it gets delayed ... Worst Don't order in Zovi ... Amazon, Flipkart, Snapdeal, Shopclues, Ebay are faaaaaaaaaaaar better.

size problem in shoes

i have purchased 3 pairs of shoes in that one pair of shoe size is not matching.Request to exchange the shoes.present size No 8.requesting to change size No 7.
