Zovi — Product delivered to wrong person with wrong name and signed by other person

Dear sir,

I have booked a product on zovi product id- z5jkkk. The
Product is shipped via fedex courier delivery . The awb no is[protected]. But
The website showing the product is delivered. But till now i donot receive the
Product.

The shipment address is given below

C/o- shyama pada chakraborty

Belguma police line, quarter no- d 5/7,

Po+dist- purulia

West bengal

Pin-723101.

But the website showing that the product is delived on
14.08.14 at 2.34 pm and signed ny a.Anand. But the product is booked for kousik
Chatterjee. Then why the product is delivered to wrong person and wrong name.

Please resolve my problem or credit back the money to my
Account as soon as possible
