Zovi — Product delivered to wrong person with wrong name and signed by other person | |||
Dear sir, I have booked a product on zovi product id- z5jkkk. The Product is shipped via fedex courier delivery . The awb no is[protected]. But The website showing the product is delivered. But till now i donot receive the Product. The shipment address is given below Kousik chatterjee C/o- shyama pada chakraborty Belguma police line, quarter no- d 5/7, Po+dist- purulia West bengal Pin-723101. But the website showing that the product is delived on 14.08.14 at 2.34 pm and signed ny a.Anand. But the product is booked for kousik Chatterjee. Then why the product is delivered to wrong person and wrong name. Cancel my order vide order no.ZS2BY9 and refund my amount Rs.414/-
I order a single t-shirt but unfortunately 2 times payment was made therefore 2 nos order is made and also received.so please cancel at least one no of order and refund my paying amount rs.414/-39%
