Zovi — Zovi - product not delivered/Order #: EXHP4

I purchased shoes online from ZOVI.com on 12 Feb 2014 through online payment. The product supposed to deliver on 17 Feb 2014.But it is still not delivered yet. I complaint this issue many Times but its three times they have created a Ticket & asked to wait for 2 to 3 more days each times. Now its 15 days gone but Still its missing.
