Zovi.com — Order ZQZFZA not delivered

Hi, I placed an order 'ZQZFZA' 'on ZOVI.COM on 26-Sep-2014. ZOVI sent me email saying order will be delivered on 2-Oct. Till the date I am waiting for my order to be delivered. I have made several follow up with ZOVI and each time they asked me to wait for 2-3 days. I sent several email to ZOVI but no positive action has been taken. I request to help me.
