Zovi.com — wrong order sent | |||
I bought three kurtis from online shopping website zovi.com and my order was delivered on 17 july 2014. One out of the three kurtis was not the one which I ordered. The customer care people responded quite late and I am very disappointed. I have reported this issue to customer care but they have not yet informed me about the exchange or cash back.
