Zuari Furniture — Problem in my Sofa set

I purchased my black colour sofa set from western india showroom in Begusarai district of Bihar last year in June 2014. The sofa long one has developed a crack in its stich portion. I have made a complaint with the local dealer who is the new dealer of Zuari in begusarai but there does not seem any progress on the issue of my complaint.
