I had requested for a refund of Rs 124 on 4th July against my no network problem for 16 days. 3 days have already passed. Not yet received the refund amount credited to my account. Placed several calls on 198 complaint helpline, each person asking me to wait for another 24 hours and 20 minutes and so on. Being literally harassed. Did not expect such horrible service from Airtel....
