I have opted for a different service provider as Airtel service was pathetic. I has informed the consumer care in October to disconnect the service and collect the device. There was no further action taken and noone from customer care guided me on the process. Since then I have told every customer care call to disconnect. Airtel has still not taken action and keeps generating the bill every month. Now Customer care calls me for bill payment....

I'm a prepaid airtel user(unfortunately) and I'm staying in the lingampaly, Hyderabad. My airtel connection goes down for each 15-20 mins. I always recharge my mobile with 3G data pack and I hardly get 2G data at my location with network interruption as a bonus. Thanks to Airtel for spending money on Airtel 4G advertisements rather on network issues....

When I contacted local Airtel branch, they were simply incompetent and unhelpful. I finally managed to get in touch with 198 to register my complaint. Wrong billing in name of data usage
