Last night at around 03:21 am i subscribed for night plan for 3g data service of 500 mb @29 rs (From 00:00 hrs to 00:60 am) . My balance gor deducted at d same time but 500mb data was not got credited into my account (As per airtel plan, u will got a confirmation msg within 30 min) . And in dat time i also cheched data balance and i waited till 5 am but not even single mb got credited into my account. So i want to get my 29...

I have made recharge for 1 GB (+250MB PROMO OFFER) through Airtel app using net-banking from ICICI bank of Rs. 299. However, its not shown in balance whereas amount is debited from my account transaction detail is BIL/[protected]/PGMIB-/AIRTELPREP01490.

Please rectify the issue and credit the requisite data or refund 299/- in my account.

The credit limit will get increased automatically without customer permission in Aitel. I have requested many times Airtel customer care to reduce the credit limit .But intentionally they did not do it. I brought Airtel 4G internet connection ([protected]) on 19-March-2015. Sales guy scheduled multiple demos for me so as to get satisfied with the speed.
