unreasonbale balance deduction

on my mobile no. [protected] around 200 rupees has been deducted...then i call customer care and they told me that its the internet usage charges ... which is AUTO RENEWED whether you use it or not... and twice they put me on hold and cut the call ...even during the conversation with them my balance get deducted and no one attending me properly and neither listening me just telling their side and repeating their answer... then i checked me...

Poor and Worst customer service.

This mail sent by me to airtel customer care explains it all: Sir, It has been around 2 weeks that I activated a pack for reducing call rates @2rs/day for 90 days and I received a message from Airtel saying that the pack has been activated and I can deactivate it by calling on *129#. A few days later when I tried to deactivate it using the same number *129#, I was unable to deactivate it because there was no such option available...

PROVIDING WRONG INFORMATION ON MOBILE

Airtel is ridiculously imposing rates on customers. For example.. Airtel have 98 RS rate cutter.. If you recharge with 98 airtel to airtel calls at 10p/min. Now the problem is they are reducing the validity as the like. At first the validity use to be one month then they made it 28. Now they are very ridiculously say valid for 15 days and that changes from district to district. I don't understand it's not between States.. They are dividing...

There is a scheme in Airtel money that if any body pay the bill payment, he/she gets benefit of 15 ₹ talktime. But I didn't not get benifit. I complained in Airtel money. But yet It has not been solved. If I call airtel money, they answered me that your complaint resolvEd. But really I dint any talk time in my account. Three times I did not get beniit. Airtel 4G Bill Plan Change Without Consent

It has been almost a year since I was on a 4G Rs.2000 40 GB unlimited plan. Suddenly the customer care calls and says as on December 2014 I am migrated to Rs.1999 and the plan is reduced to 30GB limited plan the floor manager upon escalation says, this is how it is, we can change without consent as we have sent out email and sms. I have not received either email or sms from Airtel....
