Hope you received my previous complaint. I didn't receive any reply as you notified. Kindly arrange to stop AL-AIRSEP/AL-NZARLV services. Also arrange to add the deducted amount (Rs.75/=) to my talk account, I will forefit Rs.99/= which I am eleigible to get refunded. Again inform you it is illegal to deduct any amount from customer talk account for any other services without the consent of the customer. Your immediate action is expected....

My regular bill is not going more than rs.200/- per month, i am not using
Internet, gprs, whatsapp. Data connection. Face book etc. On this mobile no.
