Dear sir i recharge my air tel prepaid no. On 21 dec 2013, with rs.-100 throw net banking kotak mahindra bank .Money has deducted from my account and i have received massage also that your mobile has recharge with rs.-110, but no balance in my mobile .

Even we call customer care but they said we don't have any information about your no.
For that i am afraid why it happen before i have recharge many time same no....
