Major Billing issue with 4G LTE

My wife has had an Airtel 4G LTE connection since November 2012 (Account number [protected]). From the first billing cycle itself, the usage limit of 30GB keeps getting over within 30 days. This complaint is regarding Airtel Broadband , I used the service for 2 months , i.e. July and august 2012.
After that I called the customer care to disconnect the connection as I was relocating to some other place ,and the connection for broadband was not required any more.
But I was offered not to disconnect...

I'm Vasanthe, using Airtel broadband service for a couple of years . My landline number is[protected]. I have paid my Airtel broadband landline bill on Jan 07, 2013 in Vel Associates. Now the problem is I'm receiving continuos calls from from Airtel stating that i haven't paid my Airtel Bill. When i checked with the Vel Associates regarding this I came to that they have enterd my mobile number instead of my landline number....

I am getting a message of service of PRABHU KRIPA Subscription Charging Rs 5/- per day since 26/10/2012 .I have already reported this issue on Dec 6 and got my money back till that point of time, but the problem still persist and got an overdue of payment for the current bill.I have never asked for this subscription.

Please deactivate this service permanently ASAP and refund the money into my postpaid account....

Hopeless customer service by Airtel Broadband, Delhi NCR

I was using Airtel Broadband and Fixed Line service in Gurgaon, Delhi NCR region. On 19th Oct'12, I requested them to shift my services to my my new address in Gurgaon. The fixed line service was shifted on time but in spite to repeated follow-up Airtel was unable to shift the Broadband service. There employee' (not naming them here) made repeated promise but did not turn up at the designated time. They often did not leave any message...

fraud call from pakistan i guess

I got miss call from number[protected], i call back on same and he told me to that i have won lottery of rs 25 lacks.. told me to call on [protected] number and ask for Mr Vikas Verma for ur lottery... please some look into that... the call cost me arround 45 rs for 3 minutes......

Have been charging exorbitantly and have barred my call

Sir,

I have recharged my airtel sim with 54Rs on 29th of December,2012 but haven't got the same reflected in my account.
According to the plans seen on there website, on recharge of Rs54 we get 175 local call but none were reflected in my account.
Infact, when I tried reaching the customer care for this issue, they barred my call and since then I cant reach the customer care personals.

I had asked for a International Plan to call to Sweeden from customer care executive. He told me that there is a recharge plan for Rs 97 in which u will get 30 international minutes. I recharged with Rs 97 but still the balance is call balance is deducted from my account.
I called up several times to customer care. They are not doing anything instead they put my call on hold and then they disconnect the call....

I tried to call center for more than 100 times however I am not able to contact them. This is not for the first time I am unable to call them, I have faced this issue many time.
