ACTIVATION PROBLEM

I am an Airtel prepaid customer having the number [protected]. Airtel is sending SMS from AX-SYCRKT.
I have not subscribed, but still every now and then cricket sms are sent to my mobile. And also Rs. 1 is being deducted. It is just irritating. I do not like cricket. Kindly unsubscribe the VAS for cricket and revert the amount.

Wrong billing/ Misinformation by Airtel

Sir,

This is with ref to my mobile no [protected] (postpaid). I have activated GPRS for 98rs and Airtel executive told me that I can use 1GB internet access for the next one month. After variopus call from me Airtel Executive has confirmed me that my internet is active and no more extra charges will be billed for next one month, but I receive bill of Rs 6500/- stating usage of internet in my mobile. Cannot cancel autorenewal

Please take action for this. Each time i have to call the customer care and loose 3-4 rs for deactivating this. Further more they wont deactivate in a single instance. They make me to call them repeatedly 2 to 3 times and after loosing my temper and shouting at them, they deduct the auto renewal and credit the balance into my account. This is cheating. SIM deactivated even after regular usage of internet

Cheating with Customer about Binus Recharge

I have Airtel DTH Connection since long time but I have faced very bad experiance from one of the Best DTH i.e Airtel. On 15th June 2012 , I have recharged my Airtel DTH account with 310 Rs. but Company has not given me Bonus 15 Rs.
