I am Satish Shrivastava, I am an Airtel user having prepaid connection [protected] which was taken a month back and it was working fine. But strangely few days back it got disconnected/deactivated without giving any prior information. I called the customer care, I have been told to visit nearest branch but the people over there is only saying that it has been PD .
I have got activated Mobile Office on my no., from last 1 week speed of Mobile Office is going very low, I am unable to open a single page on the the internet after a long wait, connection disconnects during the processing....
We are waiting from past 2 days for net connection. Have already paid the installation fee. the Person came for billing said it will be done within a day. here we are struck in home n nobody has came for the connection till now. Horrible service. I will never recommend anybody to use Airtel again ever.

Airtel's network connectivity has been good but experience with customer support has been horrific!! Some of the issues I have faced with Airtel:
1) Constant call drops. It seems that the executives/supervisors "deliberately" drop calls. It has happened over 5 times especially if there are any issue to report. Also supervisors do not call back in case of call drops.This too is frequent
