INCOMING AND OUT GOING CALL AND SMS CALL DURATION TIME

Dear Sir / Madam,
I am living in abraod and my family is a prepaid customer of Airtel. Mobile No. is [protected].
I want incoming & outgoing and sms call detail of for last 2 month December 2008 & January 2009.
I also write e-mail to [protected]@airtelindia.com but nobody help me, I just got e-mail from [protected]@airtelindia.com in 24 hours we contact with you .
It's very urgent i write to consumer complaints.in...

no network on airtel post paid mobile +919975711616

I purchesed one post paid no [protected] of airtel .since very first day I got network problem and i had given this comlaint time to time;but no one turn up to me Atlast i have taken another connection from some other operator.
My request is if idid not get any service why should i pay the bill but had paid so much .
so kindly cancil my no as early as possible and waweoff the out standing bill.THANKING YOU

CANCELLATION OF INTERNET CONNECTION

WE HAVE BEEN REQUESTING AIRTEL TO CANCELL THE INTERNET CONNECTION FROM 29.01.2009 BUT SO FAR THERE IS NO RESPONSE FROM THE COMPANY. WE HAVE BEEN CALLING AIRTEL HELPLINE BUT TO NO USE. IT IS REQUESTED THAT THE CONNECTION MAY BE CANCELL FROM 29.01.2009 FROM THE DATE OF REGISTERING OUR REQUEST. IMMEDIATE ACTION IS SOLICITED....

unsubscribe/ deactivate airtel wap service

I am not using Airtel Live but still from my Balance Rs 10 gets deducted and a message comes to me from 64611010 stating...THANKS FOR USING subscription service on Airtel WAP. You 've been charged Rs 10. my mobile no. is [protected]...

my subscription to ndtv weekpass by airtel network has to be cancelled with in 1 day

Wrong channels package

Hi,

My Name is Kiransankar Debnath and my customer ID no is [protected].
I am based at Chennai now. I took an Airtel digital TV connection on 11th of January 2009 by Paying 2500 for which subscription is free for six months.

I am facing issues with this connection now and I want immediate solution to this issues now.

On 11th January the Airtel people used a activation kit of Rs 1750 to activate...

Wrong Process

Dear Sir/Madam,

My Airtel prepaid connection no. is [protected]. The thing is that Airtel company deducate Rs46/- from my account balance on 30/1/2009 for previous ie in Nov 2008 Airtel given scheme to me for 200 SMS in 46 Rupees but at that time in my account ballance had no money and after 2 month i recharge my mob. on 27/1/2008 they deducate money form my account.
So, my request for SMS is too old and now I not want...

SIGNALS NOT REACHABLE

I'm sridhar Mob no:[protected],
I'll stay in lab's qrt's, near to SanthoshNagar,
Since my months I'm facing the signals problem near my residence location,
not only me, many of them who stay here are also with the same problem,
many times i called to 121.. the only answer i get that "it will be SOLVED in 15-20 DAYS"
BUT there is no solution..

Loss of money unnecessarily

i am the holder of connection from airtel mobile number [protected] and i being being charged rs.10/- per day for the services which i never got activated. i daily receive a message from the company like this "thanks for using (subscription, textbased services)subscription service on Airtel WAP. you'hve been charged Rs.10/-.Enter Fun Zone http.//igmobi.com.
I have five time lodged a complaint on the airtel service number 121...

recharge not successful

i am in kerala .my cousin came from bangalore.and recharged rs 100 as flexi.but the amount was not credited to his number.the number is [protected].we contacted the customer care.but there was no response.kindly take neccessary action...

I have activated Airtel’s Net on Phone (NOP) service on my mobile since last month. I have been told that this includes 150 monthly rental with no charge for surfing and downloading except Airtel Live. At the end of month, I am charged with all the surfing I did on the Kbyte basis and billed around 4000.

When inquired, they are saying that access was done thro Airtel Live (WAP_ALL) service and not thro NOP (AirtelWap)....

fraud done by airtel executives

it is long story but i will cut it short i had applied for airtel broad band connection on 14 jan 09 and i paid Rs.300 cash to Mr Rakesh kumar contact no.[protected] and Mr.rohit kumar contact no.[protected] and i was assured that my internet connection would take place with in three days.after my several telephonic request the gave me my cash receipt ...receipt no is 499348 SEF NO.518537.
it is very disgusting that nothing had happened...

Waiting for my replacement

I am using airtel dada card, which is given to me by my company Jungle Lodges & Reosrts Ltd.The data card number is [protected] . I got this card in Nov since i got i have been facing s problem that it gets disconnected in every 5 mins or so i have to take it out or else restart my laptop again. Last 11th January 2009, evening 06:32P:M, I received one message from Airtel that "Your monthly subscription of Airtel FriendzChat hasbeen renewed for Rs25 " and the same time Rs25 deducted from my account.
