1. Order was placed for 3575 INR on 9th September for Nike shoes on Ajio application
2. Delivery date was supposed to be 15th September. This further got pushed to 18th September.
3. The Ajio customer care agreed to raise a complaint only on 18th September ( second time when I called them).
4. Until 25th September EOD, I did not get any response. I had to call them and they disconnected my call halfway through the conversation 3 times and then when I raised the same complaint over chat, they confirmed that the product has been returned.
5. It took them 16 days to tell me the product got returned and will not be delivered. Reason being logistical issue from Ajio's side.
I requested for a refund immediately, however Ajio support refuses to initiate refund until the product reaches the warehouse. I am unsure when it will reach the warehouse as Ajio is incharge of the return.
They also mentioned that after the item is received in the warehouse, they will initiate refund and it will take another 5-7 business days for the money to be credited back to my account. Was this information helpful? |
