I have made recharge rs 129 today 08 may 2019 through Airtel bill desk recharge not successful but the amount has been debited from my bank account.

On 04/05/19 i made online payment for RBL bank credit card payment of ₹ 45549.29 through my axis bank net banking. My transaction was failed with error "reasons: sorry! We are unable to process your transaction. But the payment is done successfully & the amount is deducted from my account.
