I have made several attempts to make new booking using amount available in credit shell (in trip I'd[protected] under PNR KCSE3D)using Cleartrip website. But every time it failed and it is being shown that " Traveller details are not same". This is totally incorrect.It is evident from the image aboove
I have already written several time but every time same response is being received and my issue is not being resolved. I expect better professionalism from Cleartrip
Kindly provide the direct link where I can make the payment of the remaining amount after setting off the one in credit shell for a new booking. Details of my new booking has already been shared in my previous mails and same are again reiterated here for again ready reference:
1. Origin : Udaipur
Destination: New delhi
2. One-way or Return journey: One way
3. Dates of travel: 29/11/2020
4. No. of passengers: 01
5. Passenger Details (Names, DOB for children):
