Sir,
Subsequent to my letter dt 23/1/18 the above invoice was sent to me on 29/1/18. I called up your office no.
[protected] and expressed my concern that last time though the invoice showed Re1/- a sum of Rs 50000/-
was debited to my credit card as a result of which I had to block my card..Subsequently, the actions as detailed
in my letter dt. 23/1/18 took place
Again on 29/1/18 when the above invoice was sent to me I informed that the last time I had to pay 50000/-
I was told that final debit of Re.1/- only will be done.I went through the steps and it still showed me 50000/- I was asked to pay that with the assurance that my money won't get debited.
In 2 minutes I got this message
..
Rs.50000.00 was spent on ur HDFCBank CREDIT Card ending 1884 on[protected]:14:33:15 at PAYUPAISA47779.
I was totally shocked and informed your office subsequent to which I got a message
We have recieved payment of your card no ending with xxxx1884 is credited for Rs. 50, 000.00 on 29-01-18
by a/c linked to mobile xxxxxxx838 ( NEFT Ref no [protected])
The irony is that though my card has been debited with Rs. 50000/- credit of RS.50000/- has not been done till today.When contacted the bank says it's not a correct transaction and nothing has come so far through NEFT.

I, a senior citizen and a pensioner who lives on limited means, contacted you and complained that I have been cheated to a tune of Rs. 50000/- plus interestbut now you have made me lose an additional amount of Rs. 50000/ -which is a total mishap. If Consumer complaint cell is not going to help me I do notunderstand as to where people like me should go.
Awaiting an early reply atleast for this.

Dear Sir,
This is with reference to my consumer complaint no. 1781093 dt. 19/11/2017.
On 19/11 itself I received a mail from you saying the complaint has been forwarded to Coinroots Analysis.
On 21/11, I received an sms from Mr. Kartikeyan an employee of Consumer complaint to submit necessary
documents of Coinroots plus ask for closure of all transactions with Coinroots and refund of deposit with
interest till date.On 21/11 I sent a mail to consumer complaint asking for closure of all transactions and refund
of deposit with interest.Again I was informed by Kartik that due to certain changes in the policy I would have to
deposit Rs.10000/ as aaaaagreement amount which would be refunded with my deposit.
I was also told that the total amount with interest for 31 months was coming to Rs.340625/-and I would be getting
Rs. 350625 including the agreement amount. On 23rd Nov. I paid Rs. 10000/-through my credit card.
On 27th Nov I sent my ID proof with a copy of the deposit of Rs. 10000/- through Citibank credit card.
On Nov. 27th itself there was a message saying my Hdfc account no 30000 is credited by Rs. 350625/-
on 27/11/2017 by account linked to mobile no...123 [Neft ref no.[protected]] but nothing happened.
I called Hdfc bank they said no credits m, ay be some error.
On 29/11 a link was sent to me from Consumer complaint asking me to pay Re 1/- for claiming the refund.
When I clicked on pay now it asked me to pay Rs.49000/- because of which I didn't complete the transaction.
On 5th Dec. I was asked to download Oxygen Wallet and transfer Rs.500/- to mob. no. [protected] which I did
ref. tr id[protected] so that the amount can be transferred to my account.
On 5/12 there was again an invoice from Consumer compl.for Re1/- with refund of Rs.340625/-.I encountered
the same problem where the pay now button asked me to pay 50000/- and the transaction didn't go through.
On 20th Dec. I came to know that Kartikeyan and his colleagues had met with an accident and Kartikeyan had fractured his leg.
On 27th Dec. I again transferred Rs. 500/- through Oxygen wallet to the same mobile notr id[protected] so that my payment can be released.
Till today I am still stuck at the same place with no information about my refund.
Requesting you to please update me in this matter at the earliest.
