Hi Complaints Board,
I met with an accident on 11th of March, and there was huge damage in my CAR (Tata Indiaca-number :DL3c AX-0168).
I took the car to TATA MOTORS AUTHORISED SERVICE STATION at kanpur named "SAI MOTORS".
Workshop managers and Insurance company surveyer seems to have a pact and they delayed the repair of car for 20 days, and started on 1st april.
They strike a deal and showed less damage than actual so that it get repaired at SAI MOTORS and they can get there cut out of it and Consumer would suffer for a long time.
Still car is with SAI MOTORS and I dont have any clue when they are going to deliver it to me and with what quality of service.
Its a huge concern for me and I would request Complaints Board to have an Immediate action against them.
