On seeing advertisement of dittotv in the media i decided to prescribe for one month and paid the required subscription of. rs.20/-. dittotv promises to provide live tv programmes on mobiles. accordingly i downloaded the application in my samsung grand 2 mobile from google playstore. my mobile no. is [protected] and the service provider is airtel.
I paid the subscription through the downloaded dittotv application. the amount was deducted from my mobile balance twice on 22.07.2016. a confirmation to this effect was sent by airtel through sms on the same day.
I was expecting activation immediately as promised by dittotv. but on noticing non-activation even hours after payment of subscription i sent a mail to dittotv but has not received any reply till date. the dittotv application also recommends to rate and review their services online. i gave single star meaning "not happy" and complained about non-activation. to my surprise i found remarks from many others regarding collecting subscription and not activating the services.
Sir, in my opinion the promoters are cheating the public. hence i request you to take necessary steps before they cheat more people.
