Description : Purchased 3 Month Prime membership on Amazon for Rs 329 using Net Banking. Money was deducted from bank but Amazon saying they have received hard decline for the order. I contacted Amazon customer support for this. They asked me to raise dispute with bank. I raised dispute with Bank and bank resolved the dispute saying that money has been transferred to Biller : EMVANTAGE PAYMENTS. I should reach out to EMVANTAGE PAYMENTS.
I tried opening their website but it is not opening. I also tried calling few number available on web but all were wrong number.
I have email from Amazon saying that they have not received funds and email confirmation from bank saying money has been transferred.
From Bank Executive, I also have transaction reference number 66784981.
