We understand the issue raised by you, we need to clarify that it is well informed in all our conversations that Epic never provides trading calls through voice calls hence avoid them if you received the same, Do trade with stop loss. Epic never assure any guaranteed returns and Investment in the capital market is subject to market risk.
It takes time to comply with the statutory requirements before we start the services, hence your services where rightly activated on time. Services where rightly rescheduled as per your request. As per our records you have successfully received the services you have subscribed for, which are further kept on hold as per your request, you can avail your remaining services on a prior notice within 3 months.

I think you have not understand my complaint it is not about losses in capital market it is about irresponsible services by your executives and losses because o[censored]nprofessional behavior of them. You have replied in a very easy way without understanding the proper problem or perhaps it is very cunningly replied. I have some point which I need clarification from your side:-
1. Your executives calls many time and respond to each and every calls, only till payment is made, once payments done nobody is there to respond to customers calls even after various calls try in this regard.
2. As you have clarified in your reply that your company not provides trading calls through voice calls than why your executives doing such practice very frequently and why you are not taking any action against them because they are breaking company policy.
3. Telephonic trading calls and losses due to that is a very common complaint for our company and you are very much OK with them that’s why this practice is still going on. This practice is very well known to your seniors also. Should you not be strict on this for your customers.
4. If you are comfortable with this things than you should also be comfortable with deviating refunding policy also and so I demand you to please refund my money because I am totally not interested to continue it.
This practice of your executives is not only making loses for customers since we are not getting guidance when required, because of not responding of calls, but also making negative impartation of your company.
Any way I once against demand you to refund my money as I am not interested to continue with you and also request you to reply the above point.
