I have placed return request in Flipkart on Feb 6. And I was waiting at residence for delivery partner to come and pickup the parcel. Disappointingly, no one came from Ekart to pickup the parcel. Hi, i ordered a surprise gift for my wife and i item which was she received a completly different product. The delivery was open delivery but the received person didnt know what was the actual product. I only comes to know that the product was completly different only whe she sent me the photos. I was trying to return the product from last one week. Flipkart is keep rejecting it.The product which i received a low quality product....

The seller give a damage product to the customer and after I complaint too many times by the Flipkart the seller not replace the product till yet and the seller misguide to the customer. I will file a police case against seller and Flipkart.so as soon possible replace the product otherwise I will file a case against seller...

I have ordered an iPhone on 24th January. The delivery was promised for 2nd February. It did not reach me. The shipment reached the nearest hub at 2pm on 3rd February and showed delivery for 4th February. The hub is about 5 or 7 km from my office, where the delivery is to be made. On 4th the delivery did not reach. On contacting and complaining in various different ways, I was assured delivery by 5th February 6 pm. That too did not happen....

With due respect I want to tell you that I ordered a mixer grinder of "Flipkart Smartbuy Classico Powerchef 500W" and it got delivered on 11 January 2024. But due to some reason it was found to be defected along with that, the tax invoice which is present on the delivery box it was of different company not of Flipkart Smartbuy.
