Ibell — Ibell gas stove with 4 burner not working

I have purchase this gas stove from Amazon with 4 burner with 5 years warranty and it stopped working in one week where i raised the complaint but no use till now there is no response and no solution from vendor model of the gas stove is as below

I want my issue to get resolved asap it is very horrible to get there support
