Withdrawal form hard copy + KYC documents + cancelled cheque are posted to Customer Services Team, Turbhe office.
The original documents are verified in the local ICICI Bank as there is no ICICI Securities branch locally.
And also due to covid – 19 curfew in place, it is very difficult to travel to far distance places where there will be ICICI Securities office.

Now the “Initiation of Exit request” of my NPS form was not signed and stamped and hence is rejected.
This is in not right.
Please look into this issue and get the form signed, stamped and send to NSDL for further processing.
