We have installed six shower enclosures of jaguar at my house on[protected]. Before six months glass on my daughter’s enclosure broke. On speaking to their dealer mr. Gopal kohli of identity homes, he expressed his inability to help & offered to send quotation for installation of new one at my cost. Before one week when my son was taking bath, his enclosure broke & shattered on him. He suffered many cuts & had to be hospitalised with many stiches. I complained at the customer service centre but no one came or called. Please organise a survey for my remaining enclosures and a refund for product and damages
