I was traveling from HYDERABAD TO BELGAUM AC SLEEPER ON AT 9 .15 Pm . trip code.2114HYDBGM &On website while booking ticket to shown that bus will reach to belagaum by 8.00 AM .But actual it's arrived around 11 Am i.e 2-3 hr late. Don't make customer fool or misguide by providing false information.Do study or survey at what time it reaches to destination.

I am writing to express my disappointment and concern regarding the unavailability of buses and the severe overcrowding issue I experienced during my recent journey from Kushtagi to Lingasugur on the afternoon of Friday, 12th May 2023.

According to the information I received, there was a bus scheduled to depart at 4:15 PM. However, despite patiently waiting until 4:55 PM, the bus failed to arrive....

I am trying from last one year for online booking from Mangalore to tumkur.. still it's shows "sorry we are not servicing this route".. i request you to update this route. Hence it will be easy for us to travel and Book online..

And that too not computerised ticket
They gave me plucked tickets.
