An agent from max life insurance came to my home who introduced himself as relationship manager but actually he was an agent. His name is Aditya Raghav. Actually I have taken one policy from this company which is guaranteed plan from which I am not benefitting as policy duration is about 20 years for 10 years I have to pay premium if Rs 1 lakh each year. The company unnecessarily send this false agent to my house without my consent, he misguided me that I had to take market based policy so as to EARN maximum returns for shorter duration. I refused even he started consoling him and misguided me again and again. I again refused. He was so active on phone calls, whatsapp and messages as he had to sold policy to me by collecting cheques from me. My family said gave him a chance. On the basis of this I agree, he said that my existing policy of 20 years will be replaced by market based policy. He said you will have to pay higher premium for shorter duration of three years and policy will be matured after 6 years. He also said on maturation of this market based policy you will get all your money back that I have deposited. After that he collected cheque of Rs 1.5 Lakh from me. He named this false procedure as "commute". After that he vanished, never shown his face to me. He stopped using whatsapp, messages and phone calls. He blocked me after collecting money from me. I tried phone calls, messages and whatsapp him but he never replied. He has no habit of replying after collecting cheque. As a result, my policy duration remains the same only premium amount changes. On what basis this stupid agent is hired by this insurance company. Why does the company not firing such an agent? Why company is sending such an agent to clients house for a meeting? This agent was completely illiterate and very impatient regarding collecting money. Because of this stupid agent I am continuously loosing money. My cash value has also showing very less amount. He does that for earning commission, profit and promotion. He is a complete psychopath in terms of committing fraud with clients. He is VERY EXPERt in doing fraud and cheating. He is a complete illiterate person. Take necessary action against this stupid ### agent.
