I had purchased motorola earbuds 2 earphones on 9th august 2017 which has a warranty for 1 year. I had already visited the authorized customer service center at
Victoria plaza, 385, garia main road, ramkrishna nagar, garia gardens, garia, kolkata, west bengal 700084
But they denied to provide the service.
Then i contacted amazon.in, they gave me the details of the seller named cloudtail india pvt ltd, (Response attached), i also contacted motorola chat support customer service both the parties gave me contact details of the moto pulse/bluetooth/earbirds headphones support

I have called the number and also sent a mail regarding warranty service but no reply till date.
My warranty is going to end by 8th aug, 2018, and i'm still clueless.
Please look into this matter and i want a solution regarding repair, refund or whatever suits the purpose.
