Issue with Job Postings and Account Access: I authorized the creation of two job postings via my account. However, I have been unable unable to access my account to manage these postings from the very beginning. As a result, I am receiving continuous notifications from applicants on my email [protected]@personage.in; but am unable to respond or interact with them due to the lack of access.
Inefficient and Unresolved Support: Over the past several weeks, I have engaged with your team members, including Akanksha Soni, Tavishi, Khushboo Bansal, and corresponded through the [protected]@naukri.com and [protected]@naukri.com emails. Despite extensive communication, involving over 6-7 hours across 2-3 weeks, and creating new accounts as suggested, the issue remains unresolved. This process has been frustrating and time-consuming, reflecting poorly on the competence of the support team.
Request for Prompt and Effective Resolution: I urge you to take immediate action to rectify this situation. Please either:
Provide me with full access to my account, enabling me to manage the job posts and communicate with applicants effectively.
Or, remove my accounts and the associated job postings to stop the influx of applicant notifications.
This ongoing issue has caused significant professional disruption and mental distress and possibly reputational damage too. I expect a swift response and a resolution to this matter, which has been unreasonably prolonged.
