The complaint is marked as resolved when a company has responded to the complainant, addressed his or her dissatisfaction, and came to an agreement where both parties agreed that the complaint is indeed resolved. However, a complaint can be automatically marked as resolved if a complainant isn't responding or updating a complaint for 30 days after the company has tried to reach the complainant.

i don't understand how profit-level is calculated

I enjoy trading with olymp trade, however i don't understand how profit-level is calculated. When trading i see that some assets has profitability level 70%+ when others 80%+ and i don't understand how this is calculated or can be applied in real trading. I'm beginner, so i think that it's amount that i'll earn but i lose sometimes and my profit-level isn't as written. I'll be gratefull if you clarify that monent, cause i don't find any info...

I don't want to receive tasks from olymp trade

I think that's unfair that olymp trade gives me tasks i should follow. I don't know why olymp trade each day give me some tasks and i can't turn them off, so i should pay my time to them and solve them. This tasks distract me from trading and force me to take wrong decisions. I don't know, maybe for novices they're good. But not for experienced traders. Can you suggest me any solution? I don't want to pay my time on such things! I just want...

why does trading platform take 2-3 seconds to be launched?

I use vpn and your trading platform takes 2-3 seconds to be launched, as well as your website. I can't understand what the problem is, but that's not good and irritates me, as i should wait each time for some seconds, before my page will be loaded. The problems occur not only when trading, but also on website when i'm browsing it for info. I don't know what the problem is - your website or vpn, but i'll be pleased if you give me clear answer,...

I want to withdraw money to my skrill account

I deposited money with my visa bank card and now i want to withdraw money to my skrill account, however i don't see it as withdrawal method (Despite the fact it is mentioned on your website and my fellows make such withfrawals). I don't want to withdraw on visa card, as it will take long time and i want my money to be payed to my skrill account. I think that's bug that should be fixed, as it's very inconvinient. what does redline mean?

I'm trading eur/usd currency pair and use only olymp calendar with no indicators. I also trade in browser without any additional applications. However, there is such redline that appears sometime, i don't know what does it mean, but it's distracting me and i'm starting to feel insecure when i'm trading. Can someone help me get rid of this line or at least explain what it means? Because it drives me crazy, i can't understand what's going on...

where can i get information about how stop-loss?

My trading with olymp goes well, however each time there is stop loss that is applied to my deals and i don't set any such things. I want to stop loss or take profit on my own, not to get forced stop loss or take profit, but i don't how to do that. I understand that stop loss is good, however it left me sometimes without profit in the future and i lose money. Where i can get article or explanation about how stop-loss works and is applied?...

I can't find any webinar records

I've recently found info about olymp trade and want to try trading with that company. Now i'm not trading real money, but i already created demo-account and learning how to trade with olymp educational blog. Also, i enjoy watching webinars. However, it also was promised that there will be webinar records and the ability to view them from a mobile application. I can't find any records, so if you can help me, i'll be grateful, as i have no...

problem with indicators

I've been using olymp trade's trading platform for a long while and i find many tolls to be helpful. The set of available indicators is also ok. But there is a huge problem with these indicators. You can't adjust the settings. Let's take macd as an example. You can't use macd if you don't have a chance to adjust settings. There is no point! Please add the possibility of such adjustment. Otherwise i will need to use a side platform for analysis...

why does stop loss move to the entry point?

I'm praticing with the demo account at the moment. I've found how to apply stop loss and take profit. But for some reason my take profit profit order can be moved around easily (With both menu options and on chart with the help of the horizontal line) but stop loss always gets pulled back once i try to move it further from the entry point.in my case it was $50. Take profit is unlimited, stop loss can not exceed $50. It moves nearer to the...

I have a question

Hello. I have a question. They promised me a bonus, but when i funded account, they didn’t want to withdraw my money + registration bonus. has my account a two factor authentication?

I have no idea why, but my account profile panel says i should have a two factor authentication when i log into my account.in fact i'm only being asked passwords and that's it. I use chrome browser just in case. Please advise how to make sure the system doesn't let anyone to my olymp control panel without at least an sms code being sent? Thank you in advance!...

why is there no application for windows phone?

Why, with the promised multi-platform, there is no application for Windows Phone? Multi-platform is very important for most people, especially those who trade over long distances. I can’t use the application because I have Windows Phone, and using the mobile version of the site isn’t convenient for me. I can’t trade normally from my device, is it really impossible to make an application not only for Apple and Android, but also to think...

why was the payout rate for brent changed ?

Hello! Yesterday night I was trading Brent. The payout rate was 80%. I know this for sure, because I always capture screenshots of my trades just in case. So here on the screenshot you can clearly see, that the payout on this fantastic :) trade was 80%. This is why I like trading oil. This morning when I opened the platform, the payout rate for Brent was 30%. What's going on?...

I often do wrong trades

I tried using Olymp trade on PC and everything was good enough. Later I had to switch to mobile app. First I liked it better than browser app. However, littel bit later problems started coming out. I found out that I often do wrong trades because I just push somewhere on the screen where I did not have the intention to push. Orders immediately come to action and there is no way back. Its too late. Using a PC with browser application is not...

payout rates change from time to time

Olymp Trade promised that I will have 80-90% payout rates. When I log in and start trading, I can see that some instruments really do have 80-90% rates. But they keep changing all the time! Sometimes I start trading with 80% and end up with 65% rate. What am I supposed to do with these changes and how I'm supposed to know that the rate has changed while I was watching the charts and doing my analysis?! Moreover, the same asset can have a...

I can't set up a stop-loss

My trades on olymp trade forex platform always get some stop loss order along, even though i did not specify such a stop loss myself. Where can i find the settings so that i can adjust stop loss to my preference or trade without a stop loss at all. Once again, i mean not options trading (Don't have any issues there) but forex platform.
I'd appreciate your answer....

I don't understand something about options trading

I don't understand something about options trading. When I buy or sell option, I want to enter the trade immediately most of the time. But once I click the buy or sell button, the timer starts and the vertical lines indicate some mysterious beginning of trade time. Didn't my trade begin once I bought the option? If yes, then why this timer is there? If no and I need to wait till the countdown is complete, then why the horizontal line indicates...

the order does not get executed immediately

Guys, once i try to buy the option, for some reason the order does not get executed immediately. For some reason there is a delay. I do suspect that this somehow deals with the end of bar and transition to another minute bar, but i need some confirmation. Maybe i'm missing some setting that could allow me to open the desired trade with no delay at all? I appreciate in advance your attention to this matter!...
