Parimatch — Funds withdrawl fraud - charity disguised as payment gateway

Recently i tried to withdraw funds Rs.1000 from PariMatch gambling website.
I tried using IMPS which did not work although no error presented. Hence i tried a second gateway (Support Ukraine) which was successfull. I got suspicious because it did not ask for account details or phone number. When enquired PariMatch support said that i made a charity, which is ridiculous.
Nowhere in the website it says that its a charity account or donation.
Also if its a charity/donation why is it disguised as a payment gateway. Please help resolve the issue.

Parimatch is a froad website I did the withdraw request from different bank account my withdraw is block and I send the all document before 3 months but till now they not solve my problem
