Dear sir / ma'am,
I am mohamed aarif ma, working as a manager quality in a hospital at trichy.
I have purchased textiles for the value more than rs. 9000 in your shop on 06.03.2020.
When i visited your store supermarket on 14.03.2020 evening 7 pm, i found a customer giving a voucher at billing section at supermarket, then i asked with the billing staff he told that will be given for the value based on cloths purchase.
I told that this information was not given to me on the day i purchased cloth on 06.03.2020 for rs. 9000, then i asked with the customer service section they replied that was not given by them, it will be used on the same day.
My question is;
I have purchased cloths in all floors including basement. No one is communicated me regarding this.
Is this a good customer service in pothys.
Sir/ma'am you may ignore me and my mail loose you one customer, if it continues again you have to loose all. A satisfied customer bring 10 customers, a dissatisfied customer stops 10 customers.
