On 17th March 2009, I had taken Auto from Mulund check naka (LBS Marg) for airport at 4.15am. After reaching chakala, driver told me there is some problem with clutch wire and you need to look for another auto. When I checked the meter it was 280.. (never seen such tempering in the past)

We had logged a complaint regarding a green algae like formation in the base compartment of the Pure It. The customer care has shown pure negligance in addressing the same and have merely dumped us with false assurances of addressing the same within two working days.

This kind of poor customer service is a pure disappointment coming from the likes of consumer giants like 'Hindustan Lever'....

The agent promised that he will send the bill and warrenty card within tow days and told thats the procedure followed during house demonstration. Everytime I call them the response I get is their executive will be at home before next day evening.
