I booked a ticket from Chennai to Kottayam for May 25, 2024 via redbus, opting for an AC bus due to the scorching heat. However, the bus provided was a non-AC vehicle, which was extremely congested, despite advertising as an AC bus during booking. Additionally, the bus is running two hours late. Now, we are stuck in Kochi due to a turbo issue with the bus. This lack of respect for passengers' time and comfort is unacceptable. I will never...

My confirmed tkt recd from RED BUs was 13L Single
operator chnaged my seat to L sharing seat
he sent 2 persons in adjascent seat who wewre sitting besdie me in sleeper seat, i was mentally harrassed i could sleep because of this this bus is like sheep van. in another sharing sleeper seat he made 4 persons...
