I visited Honda Activa Service Center Rithala Rohini on 04/05/2024 Saturday to check my scooty sound issue and its general services under job card no. 51. Facing some sound issue with scooty while starting and using However I requested earlier and today again requested them to check sound under job card 31. To consider my genuine request, they checked and did mention in the job card for such a fault. As per my genuine concern, the technician has checked and confirmed that the Crank is broken(faulty). So It’s an engine defect and they have made a video and sent it to Honda technical next level expert team to overview and further next action under guarantee and warranty.

I requested to share that video with me but it is not shared. Now, My Scooty is in Honda Activa Service center Rohini Rithala, Work shop No. 1164, New Delhi - 85.
I requested them to share me some relevant docs as the scooty is in your custody/place until the issue is fixed but no more receipts and notes are shared with me, except the Job card receipt which I have only.
I could be the fault with the engine crank from day one but now came to notice now. Scooty Average is very low, not more than 23 and driven the scooty around 2000Km, daily average 2-3 Km per day. I’m very disappointed and feel very shameful as its Brand HONDA Activa 125CC providing such quality defected engine Crank quality built material. Soocty is under Honda Activa Service centre, I have no responsibility for its damage/broken. Request with you all, please take my request very seriously and give me a new scooty as its quality manufacturing defect and in under guarantee and warranty. No issue/customer fault. One thing Yogender verbally updated me that they will fix the issue tomorrow till 04:00 however they are waiting for further update from their technical expert approval, nothing else I know. I haven’t received any email for this concern for record purpose from Honda service manager and quality assurance team. Is this the way of services and support Honda provides to customers?
