This is reference to my policy no VPN[protected], I renewed my car policy on 24/10/2020, I received only one page document, I had written to customer care id on 8/11/2020 . There was no reply from the customerr care department. Then i call up toolfree number on 10/11/2020 [protected] 20.10 pm and spoke to the executive, narrated the whole story, then he was able to send me the complete six page document immediate. I need my hard copy at the earliest. The Royal sundram customer service is very poor they lack professinalism, The top mangament should look in to the matter, I am not happy with Royal Sundaram.
